Are all the games in alaplaya.net only for europeens?I downloaded Maestia earlier and it's a europe only game,which is why I want to know

I pal argo and I am in the americas, I am not sure about Mesta because I have not tried it.

I think Maesita is the only official alaplaya game that is IP blocked for people outside Europe. I might be wrong, but I think all the other games on the portal allow outside access unless they have a different version in a specific language. (Such as LOCO blocks Russian as they have a separate version)
