Same here, but the diference is that I know how this system works. If you don't answer in 72 hours or 96 ( I don't know exactly the time) the ticket is considered closed. I send a ticket every 48 hours just to keep the way open. But it seems that we're all that are waiting for that text, so I think that It'll arrive when the staff will be done. We just have to wait, because actually, the system of tickets has changed, and there are some little issues that they need to repair. They won't let us aside, just check your e-mail. I'm waiting too, so you're not alone ^^
