"Speedy gesture possessor" title NOT given

It's a client-sided issue, my fried logged from her computer and all the titles were there :\ weird bug

well, in my case i had the same problem, BUT i was running the game in a different Unicode, so i tried changing the unicode back to default setting and it worked!! and besides it wasn't only the "speedy gesture possesor" title but also a full list of like 10 other titles that were missing from the title list....
Also on a side note a friend of mine had this problem and fixed it differently, he went back to version 85, repatched and then it worked for him. Hope this is helpful for you guys....
