Camera Issues

So I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but when I'm not in TPS mode, the camera is zoomed in WAYY too close (by my standards). I've already tried zooming out but I think that's the max zoom, as it doesn't allow me to zoom out anymore.
Is there to make the camera zoom out, so it's similar to TPS mode, but WITHOUT actually going into TPS? (i play melee)

You can zoom out using the mouse wheel button.

What you have to do though is click Esc --> Preferences --> Graphic Setting --> Advanced Setting and then alter the Camera Viewing Distance so that it's on max.
