Can't attack or accept Quest

Ive been playing Argo for 2 days now before i could do everything but now i cant even accept a simple quest or attack a foe.. ive looked through the interface (f12) on mouse settings tough nothings wrong with it.. so i thought maybe this is a bug or something...

I would be glad if some one could help me with it.. ^^''

I will try to reboot the Argo client though idk if it'll work.

Here is the list of my Problems

Skill casting fail - Skill currently casting problem -after casting a skill didnot have any effect.

Healing skill in Druid realing need to fix - skill name : Emergacy Healing is not working at all

My pet does more dmg than i do =.=

can accept Yellow quest.......but cannot accept Green Quest ...help plx fix

and the New of Extra bouns+ 20% exp......WTF.......i cant even play normally.....plx Fix the bug first

This issue is known. Please do not use Weapon(s) with "Skill cast: +0.xxx". Use your "Tear of Heaven (Legend)" to modify Weapon characteristics... but default they are weak.

Right, +20% exp - looks like "joke"... but at least something.
I would wait until issue with Damage/Mobs HP would be fixed (read as balanced)... no fun to lost more exp...
May be would concentrate on production level/gathering...

Well he gave me 3 request quest and ive finshed them tough cant deliver them to him? idk why but on the map and quest book shows that im finished but still cant give them to him.. its kinda anoying so i would be glad if someone helped me with this problem.
