cant acquire reward of ride item from npc, TT

i have a question,
i am level 13 , and i am taking quest to get a ride from npc "banker"(if i am not mistaken),,, then, after i accepted that quest, i want to report to complete that quest to a npc near him. i talked to that npc then when i want to acquire the reward,
it cant...nothing happened,
any solution or suggestion please?
