We Are Still waiting for our money and the esl isnt answering our support tickets or e-mails.

So i hope that alaplaya with support this and contact the esl.

I know...I contacted many times Alaplaya support about ESL and everytime the same answer: "try to contact them directly, we can't do anything".

And he told ESL didn't answer them. When I had some prizes, they answered me(and nicely), about bank data mainly. So it's not a problem about infos but about contact. Whatever, Alaplaya can't do anything... 6 months later...you up old threads...hope it's alright now...
