Cash Shop Excavator question

I was going to make a Excavator based on a full constitution build, mainly for pvp purposes. Since i wanted to buy from cash shop some items i've saw a couple of them that can be interesting and i'm asking witch you think it's better &/or worth the buy:

1. Pirate Hat (long range attack +15, hp +3%)
2. Neat Hakama (hp+500, hp recovery +15%)
3. School Uniform (hp +300, Mp+ 150)

I can afford only one of them, so any advice is welcome, if you have others suggestion please tell me because i'm a newbie on this game and i wanna play the "good" way since the very beginning!

None of those are really ideal... but however you will want something to start off with.... I would say BOTH the pirate hat and neat hakama but if you can only pick one of them I would say go for the hakama due to the hp recovery....

However as you advance through the game and collect " Magic crystals" You will want to get hati set, Bunny boy BLUE/RED and either Grim reaper hat or Devil walker hat as well as getting HP unseals on armor + gloves at least +8 for high hit rate otherwise you will need to rely on fusions.....
