The best Explorer setup?

Well, if I'm gonna be using guns, I like the idea of fast attacks and cool pistols, but sniper path sounds sorta cool too. Single strong hits.

So, what's the best stat setup for me?

class is best and why..

Lets look at the weapons, dual guns:

Fast dps, low damage. Lvl40-->excavator: Mainly AOE based. Good for pve and able to lvl fast. can be pvp but first get more playing experience.

Rifle:

Slow, but high damage. Good for 1 on 1/ pvp. Will lvl slower because it has only 1 aoe and some burst damage with shotgun.
Skills do massvie damage and are able to take down mobs fast.

Build wise, different players and opinions. But standard will be something like this:

Rifle-->Sniper-->Str based
Dual-->Excavator-->Dex based/ Con based

Like I said there are ppl who has a different opinion about it.

While I like PvP, I think I'm gonna be PvEing alot, so I'll just go with dual guns.

Well, I noticed how explorers can use melee weapons, but don't they specialize in using guns? So, what's the use in a melee weapon?

But I guess this isn't just some MMORPG where you have to follow a specific stat setup and be limited to just one or two type of weapons because of their class.

True we can use swords(except rapier) daggers and guns. We specialise in dg or rifle since our skills were made for that. Also this isnt standart mmo, but so far i like it. It has great potential.
