Hi,

I realise it has been som time since the transfer happened and I have not been on for a while (pre December) I have tried to transfer my account from BigPoint but now I cant log on. I try to log into the old site using the link in the first page and at first it said account being transfered and now it says invalid user.

My old account was Allanon (lvl100 warrior) Teasel (lvl70 cant remeber but not mage) and ShadowChaser (lvl 30+ ranger)

Is it too late to get this back or is there a support I can contact?

When i try to transfer my account from the bigpoint site it just keeps giving me that account transfer error and that it failed (An error occured. Account transfer failed.). The other site the one from alaplaya keeps throwing me back to the bigpoint site because i have to transfer it first but as written above that wont work on me...so how to resolve this?

It is to late to transfer it, Bigpoint has deleted all the accounts that didn't login for 3 months. Sorry for any inconveniences

I've got kinda the same problem altho i cant even log into my account at bigpoint to transfer it over here.
I transfered my other account last night to alaplaya, right after that i tried with my other account (main) and it didnt work it keept saying like "invalid password or account name". And i havent been inactive for 3 months, since i could log in and transfer my other account without any problems at all. Should i send a ticket to the support team or can you guys help me here ?
