help with shortcuts

Hi,
I just started playing and I have a doubt regarding the shortcuts. Please help...
When I started playing I had shortcuts
1 = poison attack
2 = attack
3 = pickup
4 = select

but now I only have 2 and 4. I don't know what I did but I don't have those anymore. Can anyone tell me how I can get these mouse actions on to my shortcut list. Thank you in advance for helping..

Just press K to get list of skills. Drag and Drop required Skill into your Action Bar. The skill inside square(marked as "1") would have a shortcut "1"... in the second row -> Shift+1, in 3rd row => Alt+1.
