With character customization not available in Loco, players can just choose from among various distinctive characters (30 available presently) offered by the character system. And the partner system also offers three characters, which are controlled by AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the game, for players to choose. Together with the three characters, the player can then form a 4-member team. And similar to the combat pet system in other games, the partner system also allows players to give their partners simple orders like Attack and Stop.
for example of some skills
Till now, each character in the game has been endowed with 10 skills. Players can choose to apply 5 of them, and different skills will make their characters bear different attributes and fighting abilities. There's relatively great difference in the appearance among different characters. Players may still have a feel of disharmony even when character relationship diagrams are presented. However, to some extent, this can still give assistance to players who wanna cultivate their own special characters.
From the unveiled screenshots, we can see that Loco is obviously a typical MMORPG. But from the perspective of quest, Loco seldom provides quests that require players to hunt or kill a designated number of enemies in some place. Instead, it focuses on bringing players the FPS style gaming experience.
The most common combat mode in Loco is just 5vs5 (as the picture shows), which refers to the number of players actually involved in the combat. With the three partners of each player counted in, it should be 20vs20, more exactly. Meanwhile, monsters are also assigned on the map.
As long as the enemy's control center is destroyed, the boss will be summoned. And the side killing the boss first will be the winner. Generally, it will cost players 30-40 minutes to finish a combat.
There's a base-like place in the middle of the map. Killing all the monsters there and occupying the place for a certain period of time can bring players certain bombing force to help fight against enemies.
The gameplay and graphics of Loco both display a MMORPG style. And with the adoption of non-targeting system, players can not only experience the exciting and uplifting actions in the game but also enjoy the FPS style gaming fun.
As a RPG, Loco surely features RPG elements. For example, players can have their characters level up, and strengthen equipment by increasing the equipment's attributes. Currently, with the game balance taken into consideration, the equipment's influence on fighting ability is set between 10% and 20%.
A total of 15 maps and many different combat modes are made available in Loco currently. Besides the above mentioned combat mode, there're also occupation battles, sieges and the Raid mode aiming to defeat gigantic bosses. The Raid mode allows a maximum of 16 players to participate in a combat, fewer than those allowed in other MMORPGs.
