It's more like every patch S4 becomes a larger file and it keeps adding up patch after patch.
It's still the same for me, solid 62.5 FPS. But maybe it's because my PC is pretty new with high specs

I'm pretty sure the game engine maxes out at 62.5fps. Um...just to explain that. Once, I tried setting my monitor to 70hz and trying to use Vsync to ramp it to 70fps...didn't work, the game just ran terribly. High fps, but it felt a lot rougher.

I have framerate drops at the beginnings of matches for a few seconds as everything loads, but aside from that, I get a smooth 59.9-60fps using my LCD monitor and Vsync.

If you have a weakish/slowish processor, then that's probably the reason your game is running badly. s4 does (or at least did as of a few patches ago) hit the CPU hard for a supposedly hardware-accelerated 3d game.

Overclock or buy a new processor if a smooth s4 is what you are truly after~

My FPS drops from 10 - 62.5. It always has. I don't blame the game though, it's because of my almost dying computer.

So in these last 2 patches I noticed fps drops again, and wanted to ask the community if they feel something too since ingame I heard people do have drops. Mine is suffering from it too, going down till 40 and then starting to do those little fps lags [dunno how they call it, like sluttering or something].

Also if its true I would like either QA to notice/send a note about it, or some community manager could inform us if they will fix it in the near future.

We can forward it but you have to give us some additional info (like what, when, where, how etc that happens ) otherwise the developers won't be able to find the problem. Personally, I don't see any change in the performance from the last patch.

My wild fps mode used to be 10-15 fps, but now it drops to 7-12 fps ._. But meh i blame my 19 years old laptop

It happens trough all the match Hella. Before these patches i could play fine, but after it gotten worse. Its like for few seconds its at 53 fps, then it suddenly goes till 39 and it starts to slutter, sometimes fooling up my jumps in the matches. S4 uses 45% of the cpu max and like 973 mb of ram out of 3 GB. So it doesn`t reach its max. Nothing is running in the background only windows media player which uses 9% of cpu, 26 mb of ram, and msn which is 0% cpu usage and like 20 mb of ram. Other then that, nothing much just the windows processes. Before it was running smoothly on 60 fps always as I have V-Sync on, without V-Sync its even worse.

For other persons, I knew you "get better pc" commenters will show up but belive me, if I could run S4 fine 2 patches ago, didn`t add ANYTHING to my pc in this time, then what could have slowed it down?... Plus if this PC can handle NFS The Run on high, or GTA 4 on high and such, then why the hell it couldn`t handle S4?...
