S4 League skin tones

So I was looking at artwork from Panamaman's site and seen that some of the characters had darker skin, and I was thinking how cool it would be if S4 had different skin tones.

So what do you guys think? Even though I know it won't happen due to how the character models are made, but it would still be nice.

erm i think it has something to do with Germany and racism
there have been many of these threads in the last 3 years but i only remember them 2 words and connecting to a law of some kind
