Well yeah but it's more fun when you use a TB Jump repeatedly on a TD ST2 Hero who obviously would complain a ton.

^ True, just about anything you hit a hero runner with makes them rage.
Tb's are pretty good for suprises in my opinion. specially against revenge rampers. Charge it up, hit one, Intentionally miss first light slash and hit the 2nd. I guess it depends on the user.
