The older stories isnt working either

If by older you mean the previous ones from the Episode 2, then yes.
Episode 1 stories still works - Only the Episode 2 is bugged.
(if you switch to Episode 2, then back to Episode 1 - E1 wont work so just don't switch to the other one).
