Energy Crystal on Level Up

Hey so every time I level up I see that there is a picture of an energy crystal in the little notification box, along with two other items. Yet, for the last 3-5 levels I have not received any energy crystals. Is the notification box supposed to be for things you might get? Am I supposed to be getting energy crystals? I'm just not sure if this is normal or not since for the 5 or so levels I got an energy crystal at each level up.

Hello there.
When you lvl up - you do receive energy crystal (one per level), but this crystal will be automaticaly used instantly after you pick new level - so your energy will fully restore (thats how crystals work), also you will get +1 to your maximum energy capacity. You getting all items / bonuses / features which are inside "level up nitification box" upon leveling up.

If you wish to have crystals to use directly when you desire - you can buy some for real cash in Bazar. Those will be placed in your inventory and you can activate them whenever you wish.

A useful tip: When you are about to lvl up, it would be better to spend your energy points as much as you can since ,as MasterMagus said, it is automatically insterted and not saved in your inventory.
