the most important stats for rangers are:

• Agility
• Strenght
• Vitality

I can't tell you the best build because that's more the choice of the player and how he wants to play his character and his class.

I think a good build for a high critt (dmg) ranger would be 3 agi and 2 str and switch those 2 around every 10th lvl, screw vitality you won't need that, only an idiot would put points in vit, (proven above xD)

This will make for a good DPS, what is basicly what you need in a ranger

depends completly on the build you wanna make.

dagger or bow
high crit rate or high crit dmg
high defends and high dodge
more hp or not.

this kind of things are needed to know before i can advice you your build
