transfer problems

I still can't play due the transfer problems, why is it taking this long? also i dont see any news about it.

We players are a bit left in the dark here cant we be updated once in a while?
Also i saw an update yesterday but it was also only written in deutsch.

Can we get some specific dates that they do a update/maintenance for this?

we just had another bugfix and hope its solved for more people now

Guys help. I'm trying to transfer my account but it wont work. On alaplaya server I constantly get the message that I can transfer my account even if on maestia side it says that it has been successfully transfered.
On alaplaya side I never get message that i successfully synced or already have been transfered account like the rest of ppl.

Details problem, account transfer complete at maestia site but can't transfer at the thransfer page of alaplaya, always get a resent to Old bigpoint site.HELP!!!!!

Yes, I hear also that some players still having problems to transfer their characters. The alaplaya transfer site sends you always back to the old site of Bigpoint Maestia although this site says that your account details were sent to Alaplaya.net. I also hear that the problems for some players are fixed since the bugfix we had on the acount transfer on 09/02. It is just a new problem with the transfer system altough old problems were fixed. I will forward this on monday.
