Adhesive of the ancient man

There seems to be no such thing which means that I cant produce any enhancement kits
I have only been able to find "solvent of the ancient man" which doesn't work.
However, these two items both have the same item description...

"adhesive of the ancient man" can be bought from the Kit Producer NPCs in any big town. (Inisium, Kelloare, Lenasentia, Fortunai and the Outpost in Shine Desert)
