Login Problems

Greetings from the South Pacific guys.

Here a pretty little Floresslah Druid who can't enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Alpineale because the login seem to be bugged.

Is there any maintenance actually or is it another problem?

you both should be able to login again. There were ongoing unexpected maintenance work.

Hi there ive installedthe game (version 12 now) first time playing and thegame starts fine and then the login box appeared with blank hite background i thought well the title is there must be ok so i logged it and the race choosing screen is blank white yet when i click left/right side of the screen it comes up with the video for the race but the rest of the screen is white ive tried changing resolutions etc and nothing seems to work pleaseeee help looks like an awesome game

Well, after a break of some months i downloaded the game again, installed it and then couldn't log in. I start the game and everything is fine, type in my username and still everything is fine, but after typing the third character of my password a small window pops up with the message "HS_ERR_DETECT (10301)". Somewhere in this forum i read the tip i should force the installer to do a re-patch by selecting a previous version. I did this, but nothing changes. So, what can i do?

Well, a little update. I installed ALL previous versions and sometimes i manage to reach even the character selection screen and THEN i get this error. Now i read in another thread the tip that it could be the fault of my Security Suite, Bitdefender Internet Security 2013. I hope this is not true, because 1 year ago nearly no MMOG would run with the Bitdefender, then i wrote them some e-mails (i'm a paying customer, for nearly 60€ per year i expect customer service from them) and then they downloaded, installed and checked about 17 MMOG and examined the reasons why these games crashed with their software and since then all games which i checked run without any problem. I hope ARGO Online isn't the 18th game which has problems with the Bitdefender Software (btw 1 of the 17 games which had problems with Bitdefender was Florensia and since they examined the problem the game runs pretty well together with Bitdefender).
