Should i go pure wis? (CM)

I am just play Flo for two month and i found out pure dex isnt a good build at all~currently my lv 40... as i read other forum it say pure dex good for mob but for real it is suck.... i cant even mob more then 4 and when mobbing i feel decrease exp more then increase exp wad a shame.... my dex currently 140 but my physiscal avoid rate not yet reach 300... sumtime i really thing tat pure int/wis will faster lv become since dex build cant even mobing..... so as a conclusion dex cm is totaly a mistake at all... or maybe it legandary but for current patch dex cm suck~
