hacker and y does alaplaya do nothing

So...recently i noticed that most hacker come From EG,TR,PH not only that but most laggers do too.... and i was wondering when alaplaya was gonna do something about that and that kicking system where u have to vote has proven to b rather useless.... because wat point is there in it if some of the players r friends with the hacker? or if they r too big of a noob to play fair and so they let hacker win for them. so i was wondering if alaplaya could develop another system or if they could assign more GM's active GM's on every server and if possible i would like to know the requirements needed to in order to become a GM....if possible because i play S4 league alot and i noticed that there r way too many hackers online and they really spoil the game... and even if u kick them from the room they just join another or of in the odd chance that they do get ban they just go and make a new account....so plz i would like a reply to this comment and if possible the chance to become a GM o.-

Being a GM is not only about kicking / Banning people. You have to make support and help players, too.
Thou' I can tell you the requirements:
The basic requirements are:
Be friendly, patient and sociable;
Have knowledge of the English language (team language);
Be regularly available in IRC;
Be at least 16 years old;

You also should have fun with supporting people.

You have to apply as Moderator in Forums/Chat first. You won't get GM without being Mod first.
You should also know, that it is a lot of work to be GM/Moderator. It's not a job, where you can disappear for like 4 weeks, because you don't want to do it anymore and then come back like: Hi I want to be GM again.
Of course we have vacations and can tell the MGM's that we won't be available for a while, but most likely, when you don't do your work, you will loose your "job".
Also we don't get paid. So if you still want to apply for being a Moderator you can send your apply to the support suite in a ticket.
