Storm Edge Bug?

Since nobody seemed to care on the German Forum i will repost this here, more ppl n i guess especialy more that might care.

When i look at the german Description of the Skill "Storm Edge" it tells that it adds 682 DMG to the next hit and 450 DMG over 15 Seconds.
As we all know bleeding/DoT Dmg seemes to be bugged atleast for Merc Class and gets dished out right away, but then still there would have to be a rather high first hit...

Now when i use Storm Edge it does about 800~900 DMG, 450 DoT + 350+~ DMG with my PHAttack... no sign of 682 added DMG.
Anyone else noticed this yet?

it's bugged indeed. Storm edge only give u the exact amount of the skill damage. IT DOESNT DEPEND ON UR STR. hope they fix the damn bug :S so i can lvl faster

lol i noticed already n take off str from my build totally ^^ i deal like 10 damage lower with reduction of 50+ str with restats.

Misteria pmed me that he doesn't feel a ASPD diff when useing Berserk, when my Berserk runned out and i tested it myself i didn't either, we both are 1H do 2H Mercs feel like no diff at ASPD too? How about other 1H Mercs?

So we currently are at

Storm Edge 2/5 DMG
Berserk ASPD bugged
Shield Bash no DMG Boost Info

Anything else? 2H Bugs?

edit: when i watched close to Storm Edge it did 150 DMG 3 times while those 15 Seconds o.O.... so could it be even working?
