Looking for some help:
I have left 26 points for this char, please give me some advises and suggestions on how to add both of these 26 points and the points later on.
Skills: PP 7, PG 6, VT 3, SoF 3, Lure of incubus: 2, Ice shield 6, BoM 1, Temptation 1, Magic power 3. other skills are all lvl 1.
Please give me some evaluations about what I've done so far and any idea for the future would be appreciated.
Im confused and disapointed about PP and PG. They're like wizard's skill, but the effections are weak so far. I was counting on them to kill mobs or ppl cruelly like a wizard...but i've figured out that would never happened.
about the ralationship of int. and these magic skills, i noticed that none of them are actually being effected by int. expect VT. So im wondering what's the point of keep adding points to int? Moreover, the more int points i added the more misses i got when using rapier. On the other hand, the mobs got higher Dex at each higher lvl, and i didn't add enough dex to char, so that could be the reason why i got more misses after the int points growing. But as a result, I have to spent points to dex in order to prevent misses if i still want to add points to int. This is ridiculous to me since i think int shouldn't have any side-effect on hit rate and spend points on dex seems to be the only way to remedy.
The only cruel thing we have os the power of our bugs and crapy skills.
Hm...looks bad at the first look - dex is too low, DMG too low too. Ice shield is not neded (nor im PvP-.- because it's not worth anything). PG is usefull, PP senseless.
I would recomand 2 resets <.<, or even 1, status reset.
You have to raise more dex. Why you increased both, str and int for such great amounts? Try to only raise int for better skill DMG. As int raises your physical DMG too, it pretend to be better as str.
Ice shield I would cancel out. Maxing PG as you did, SoF is needed, yes...VT, good. BoM is important, always max and temptation can stay on 1 (It's crap without party). Phantom PAIN does not really inflict PAIN. It only hurts your own nerfs. I canceled it and gained fire pole. Of yourse you need for the very crual firepole A) lots of MP or B) good MP recovery. So BoM max. Try to unseal equipment that gives you MP+. I have 4,9k MP with Latiss (lvl 74 atm), she has no mind up, no magic boost and no wis. Instead she has 6k HP (con + HP unseal equipment) and BoM 7. With this you can spam your very powerful spells.
It is nice to have magic power and even mental concentration. Maxed out mental c. you inflict crits with a chance of 20-25% on mobs on your level or below ^^...
With this you kill fast and your HP stay save. 2/1 int/dex are good for this. Sea in con. That's the best MK build for now.
I hope I helped you out.
hm..reset, too much money for me now:(
I still have 26 points didn't add on, maybe i can start add some dex on? but i heard dex is useless at higher lvl since skills don't miss at pvp. It that right?
The reason that i increased both int and str was because i followed your guide though, the third type MK, which you inform good for both pvp and pve.
I may need to lvl up a bit, til 50+ and i would try reset...
Thanks Latyss: )
You are welcone
I agree with Latyss. Add more dex. After you stop missing, continue with the normal build.
The build relies on the fact that it is balanced. Your balanced Str and Int will ensure that your rapier damage will not be outdamaged by cariad. Also, you'll have enough int with this build to start off with a strong firepole or PG. Furthermore, your VT will not be as bad as the full Str build, which must rely on more damage to survive.
If you truly think you miss too much to level at this point, you can switch to cariad for a few levels. Your int seems high enough to not miss with it.
About PP, it's quite useful in longer fights when it is instant. It will not affect your damage by much, since it doesn't waste much time. Also, its accuracy debuff will allow some bosses to miss you much more. However, this is only really felt when you don't have much dex to start with. If you plan to go for a lot of dex, you don't have to worry about PP.
