How to get a Noblian mount?

I'm level 19 and already have done all the quests starting from the training camp all ahead to the Mangrove Forest, where I am stuck now, trying to figure out what have I done wrong. I'm wondering how to get the mount, because I've read that it's being received from the level 15 quest. Any advices what to do?

Mount will come later in game. For now is disabled for all players.

Ok, thanks. Are pets also disabled? Because I can summon my Konopium but can't control it. It also doesn't level up. Sorry for asking obvious questions but I have my acc done just after the last patch was released.

Your pet is now pet.
He can give you some extra HP.
You have 2 pets, 1 give you +38HP and sec give you +50HP.
I don't know pets name in nob side.

Is it all about pet? It gives 38MP, period? I thought it's gonna fight with me and so on.

For now Your pet's not fight with you. He only give you extra HP.
