I'm thinking of buying AP just to get the Taser.After that,NO MORE.I'm asking in general what are the chances of getting the Taser from G-Caps?I just don't want to regret using real money if I don't get the Taser in 20-35 Caps.

Ehhh... MElee weapon caps tend to have a lower rate if you ask me. Maybe I'm just unlucky but I wouldn't bet on getting it in 30-50 caps. Maybe more in the 80-100 caps.

OMG REALLY?!Nevermind then .This is going off topic but I heard there was a coupon shop or something where you can get Taser or Crow perms but they removed it.Really?Why did they removed it?

Actually, 20-35 is enough
You get a good chance from that amount of caps

I bought 30 caps and I got perm fps taser in the 17th capsule. If you don't get it with 30 caps you are very unlucky.
I heard the the odds of getting perm gear PER CAPSULE are 1/50. (Btw, my family gifted me AP I didn't bought it, try to bribe some family.)

I got sigma in 9, I think. I got Gate Breaker in 15. It took me over $200 (well over 100 caps) to get my darkness twin blades. It is pretty random if you ask me...

I'm wondering if it matters at all (even with I-Caps), if you buy them one at a time and open them (due to however much AP/PEN you have) or if you save them and open them in bulk?

never !!! i used 65 caps on sub machine and 50 on cs and didnit get any thing!!!
