Re: Well... I need help airhuggingDouble tap SHIFT with your Shield skill equipped.
Alternatively, you can use Invisible, but it's an SP sink for people with too much AP gear Air hugging is very useful for canceling gun delays such as the Revolver/Burst Shotgun kickback, HMG/Turret cooldown, etc. You can even cancel reloading and dashing, or you can airhug in midair after a walljump to land straight to the ground. If you wanna learn fade stepping, that's basically Shield->dash, but that's a different story. EDIT: God, the things I have to do to fix my dumb typing/forum-ing mistakes. >_> |

Re: Well... I need help airhuggingPractice and play. I seriously don't know why you need a teacher for this. The only thing a teacher should teach are the basics of the game to a newcomer. There are plenty of guides in YouTube for airhugging. You just need to muscle-memorize the keys step-by-step until you get the hang of it, then increase your skills by playing in public matches. Before playing in public matches, you should try aiming for little boxes or breakable obstacles in Neden-1 when you practice.
Here's a great video I recommend: Not until just before dawn do people sleep best; not until people get old do they become wise.

Re: Well... I need help airhuggingHere's my view on airhugging.
1. If you're gonna do it, you NEED to make it your main form of playing. It is almost purely muscle memory. 2. You've got to have sublime aim with both revolver and shotgun while airhugging. I try to airhug after not playing for a few days, and I just suck. Also, you can't really "teach" airhugging. You can't TEACH somebody to aim. You can tell them the button sequence, and that's about it. I'm open for help in-game ((Willisagenius)) |

Re: Well... I need help airhuggingEhm airhugging is useless , takes a lot of time to learn , and twice as long to actually master it so u can be actually useful.
Also its not quite sure if its bannable or not yet since the new IG rules aren't out yet so I suggest u drop that bull crap and actually learn something useful that doesn't need a shet load of ap crap to use. |
