Hi i cant reset my KIN pasword because when i make reset this appears FAIL SEND EMAILi want to know why i cant make this
i dont remmeber my old pasword if someone can help me i thank you .

I have the same problem, i want to reset my kin password, but fail send e-mail in game.
If i trye to send a ticket while logged in alaplaya forum i can´t acess http://en.alaplaya.net/support for a error: "We´re sorry, but something went wrong". If i´m not logged in, after click "send a ticket" i have to select a department, but there is no department to select, if i click next give me an error for not selecting any department.
