Problems when installing or logging in

any one answer me what is the resolve of that boring problem with update i got 3 erorrs
erorr ept0008 "Patch Program and patch file incompatible - Need to update patch file"
Game patch Failed "rtpatch failed"
Game patch failed "The game client is outdated , please download and install the newest client"
i search for soulution and download IE8 and do every thing but still give me that errors i have download the last version from the site its 120606_LocoSetup_Live........ really its boring and it is the man reason that makes people leave game before play it.

i dowload the LOCO_DOWNLOADER.exe
and in initializing its stuck ..
what to do ??!!!
