after i log in it freezes

Ah yeah same thing is happening to me to!! T_T Doesnt even say what the problem is, the 'connecting screen' just freezes there!

Hello, the "Connecting" message can be resolved in the same manner as the "Failed to Connect to Authentication Server(Timeout)" error. Be sure to try adding uppercase letters to your Login ID name only (not your Password) at random intervals to fix the "Failed to Connect to Authentication Server(Timeout)" error if it continues to occur. The Login ID is not case sensitive so it shouldn't be a problem. (Example: nAmE123) The Password should only have following character: A-Z (0-9) (false: -,_,+,§,%, and so on).

Are you still encountering a "Connecting" issue? Or is it a different bug now? Can you describe it to us as to what occurs when you see the message box?

Well basically the game is fine loading and I reach the box where you type in username and password, and click enter. The 'connecting' box then comes up and I dont know how long that usually lasts for but it always just freezes there (I've left it for a couple of hours at least and nothing happens)

No message saying its actually failed comes up though But when I click control panel at that point, the game is listed as not responding soo I exit.

I've tried installing the game from a different site and making sure its not blocked by my firewall, but that hasnt helped. I really dont know what the problem is ahh!
