This guide will help you to use the new ticket system.
First of all, you should login to the Support Suite.
There are 2 ways to login.
1. You can use the following link:

2. You can login through the alaplaya site and select "Help" -> "Support Request"
Afterwards, you can change the language of the Support Suite to the language you prefer.

After logging in, press "Submit a ticket" like the example below.

You will be able to choose from different categories. Go directly to the S4 Game Support category if you have a problem that is S4 League related.
After you choose your department you will see different sub-departments such as the ones in the example below.

Here, you can find the explanation to every sub-department, starting from the top.
"Queries regarding my account" is for regullar account problems when you are banned for something or when you got hacked/scammed.
"I want to report a bug" If you find a bug, please report it by sending a ticket.
"Queries regarding events and promotional events" This department is for questions regarding S4 promotion events
like I have spent AP´s/PEN and didn´t get my special items!
If you are interested in joining S4 tournements, then you should send a mail to s4-events@p7s1games.net
(Note: All the requirements will be listed on the tournament announcement, read those before sending your ticket, please!)
"I require technical assistance" This department is for questions regarding technical issues
like X-Trap stopped working and gave an error code (note: attach a screenshot of the error you got, it might be usefull for us to help you farther!)
"Area for suggestions" This department is for suggestions
like adding a couple system to S4 League.
"I want to report an incident" Here you can report bad behavior, hackers and anything else that might violet our rules. (note: consider to add an evidence, we need a screenshot of your reporting)
If you couldn´t find any fitting departement for your request, then you can choose the "Miscellaneous" department for your queries.
After choosing a department, fill in the message details, which you can see in the screenshot below!

When you want to report someone make sure that you have included an evidence.
In the screenshot below you can see the option "add file"add your evidence there, please.
(the evidence can't be larger as 5 mb or else you will get stuck so please do it trough a site like photobucketor youtube!

After including your files, press the button "Submit a Ticket" and it will be sent to the Support Team.
The Support Team will try to reply to your ticket as soon as possible, afterwards you will receive an email with the reply (to your currently registered email address).
Moreover, you can login to the Support Center to see the reply, just click on the button "View Tickets" like in the pic below.

The button "View Resolved Tickets" will show your resolved tickets. In the spoiler below, you can see the available option.
