ive been having this account error for more then a month now wdh? i tought mine would be activated all this time but im still having the account error thing! how long should i wait till my acc is activated? and yes i tried everything, the random caps thing and ticket request.

You must note that due of license conditions S4 league is IP banned for some parts of Asia and Australia.
From your profile I see you're from Hong Kong SAR.
Yes that place is IP banned because game developers wants you to wait for official release in your country or play Korean S4.
Other Alaplayas games are not IP banned.
