S4 League Game Launcher "(Failed To Download Patch File)"

Well i have this problem when i open the S4 League Patch..
I press "Start" and then its start to charge the patch but, then that message appears..
Someone tell me what i can do

..

Try download the client using other mirror and reinstall it.
If it doesn't work I uploaded the installed game after patch 11 here:

my game is s4league when i play game i see this: failet to load local version
