You have to download all parts and put them together in the same folder before extracting them.
If there is a message that is asking for the next part of the archive just select the folder you have downloaded that part.
Also I recommend to use the last updated version with is currently the 25.04.2012 one.

Put all the .rar files together and extract them to a certain folder.

Download all 4 parts and put them together in one folder like this:

Right click on the Part 1 and then select "Extract Here" from the menu.
