Hello there
I've been having this problem about hacking, I sent a lot of tickets about my account being banned due to hacking but the person who replied to my tickets keep on telling me that my account has been banned due to modified items. I need help because my stuff aren't modified and even if they are I didn't do it cause I bought them legally. Please help me because I want back my account desperately and I have done nothing wrong.

The GMs usually checking you payment history in such cases and if you have items which you didn't bought that can be proven easily. Hiiie ~

There has been a problem logging into the Alaplaya Support Suite.
I used two separate IP's to try logging in but to no success.
The 1st IP just simply returns me to the login screen after trying to log in.
The 2nd IP keeps telling me it's an invalid email and password although i am sure it's correct.
Please tell me what's happening cause i could not send a ticket to the GM saying why my account is blocked, and how long will it stay that way ...

You can PM a GM to help you (just click on the button below his avatar), talking with the GMs in the alaplaya chat or irc or PM then in the game.

I got my "Spend 30k AP event" email... but I can't choose anything from there I keep getting a message : Invalid promotion code. Try again please! It doesn't even appear anything to choose... Help PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

Did you get to pick the item you wanted out of a list and got the error? If yes then you should already have the item in your inventory. Jut relog on S4.

Nope, I click on link, it redirects me to redeem page and I see this message, I already sent a ticket and I am not the only one with this problem!

AND...nobody replies my ticket in S4-EN department!!!

You'll probably receive an answer on Monday - Tuesday. Staff members aren't online to help right now. They are needed to find where the problem is.

uh can up load the patch at somewhere else? cause i seems like i can't access the megaupload site
