I acctuly ran s4 than closed all other backround porgrams like Ts3 and my network manager... Still noting i even got a blue screen saying s4 has caused an infite loop.. My fire wall is completly shut off and still same problem.. I left for three days and theres allready a problem with S4.... Sad.. i just want to play S4

I still believe it i caused by your video driver.
Try using an older version if you have it updated already.

i dont know if its the right place to post but i have that Failed to join relay server tunnel i think because i logged out alt+f4 >< :c
