S4 League Support FAQ (Updated Client included)

The Katana special attack still doesn't work after patch... there is still a blue screen but sometimes it goes away faster but most of the times, it takes just as long as usual.

I've got a resolution problem where everything goes really big ingame and I can't find the options button to turn down the resolution ingame, how can I fix this? I've tried that website posted on the first page but it the page seems to be removed. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

Put this file in your game folder and replace the old one with it:

It should set the screen resolution to 800x600.

Well it turned to game to window mode which was working fine until I logged in, then it turned to full screen mode, 800x600 and it went back to the same size as before! So what do I do now? Or should I just reinstall..?

I got in-game Issue its a bit weird but It happened over 10 times till now.
This message keeps showing up whenever I join a room.

theres no text in any buttons or menu
menus looks empty

Hey,

On the bottom of the S4 League launcher you'll see flags. Click the flag you belong to and the words will appear.

I don't know if anyone can help me, but there is a problem with S4.

I can login, which is fine. I can enter a server, works fine and the ping is good. I create a character and then type the name in, but then there's a box saying, "connecting", which stays there and it never connects. So... I guess can someone help me?

It is a bug that happens when the name is already taken. You have to choose a name that isn't in use.
