hello i need a bit of help :/ i try to start S4 but once it gets to the Xtrap check part 7 it stops the error message i get says

I've got a resolution problem where everything goes really big ingame and I can't find the options button to turn down the resolution ingame, how can I fix this? I've tried that website posted on the first page but it the page seems to be removed. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

It should set the screen resolution to 800x600.

Well it turned to game to window mode which was working fine until I logged in, then it turned to full screen mode, 800x600 and it went back to the same size as before! So what do I do now? Or should I just reinstall..?

I have this issue too. It works fine up until I log in and then I can only see up to the cards icon on the top right.

I have a problem where if I launch S4, HGWC loads up to 99% but then disappears completely, even from my task manager.
S4 Client never shows up, even after waiting for hours.

I was still playing S4 on the day this problem started (months ago), so my computer should meet the game's requirements.
I HAVE tried re-installing and also with Hellahell's files.
I HAVE tried running as administrator.
I HAVE tried listing S4Client.exe, patcher_s4.exe and HGWC.exe as exceptions on both my antivirus and firewall.
I HAVE tried support-f211/s4-not-loading-solution-here-for-some-win-os--t476030.html

But it just occurred to me that I live in Australia. I've been playing for almost a year, but could it be that Australians are now blocked from EuS4?

Try removing your antivirus completely and see if it will works after that.
If it does, you can install another antivirus program to keep you protected.
