S4 not loading? Solution here(For some)!!(Win OS)

Try reinstalling the game. Be sure you are not running any other programs when you are playing.

I don't know what I must do to play. if you do what it says it gives me an api hooking will do the opposite if it is a different problem

didn't work for me QQ. whenever i try start S4 the patcher comes up and i press start, then nothing...i used process hacker to watch what was going on and it seems that hgwc comes up then closes in less than a second.i added it to dep along with all the other .exe files in the folder, ran them in compatibility mode for win7,ran them as admin,uninstall antivirus then reinstall S4 and start over,still nothing,and it used to work perfectly fine before not even a crash.....please help!

Hi, i've tried EVERYTHING on the support posts to fix this problem but nothing seems to be working. I've tried from the reinstall to the DEP and anti-virus/firewall exceptions and the client will only reach step 10 and the Xtrap thing and then the black screan n' then nothing, it just wont load.
Any help, please?
By the way, i've got win7, AMD Six-Core, 3.30GHz, 4GB RAM. I even updated the graphic drivers n' the DirectX11.
If anyone can help it'll be very appreaciated.

What is your graphic card and driver version? In the past, some users have encountered the issue due to certain update (ATI Drivers). Please try downgrading your driver version and inform us if you're able to play or not.
