guyz i got a problem when changing my hairs. When i change my hairs, i always get declined. but when im using my Cpl account nothing happens. Is it Alaplaya's fault or maybe mine? so plz.... because this is my first time having weird problem

What do you exactly mean by getting declined?
Disconnection or crash? If so, that's the fault of bugged Couple Garden items you've picked up.
It isn't your fault. T3, our developer, hasn't fixed most of broken items yet.
You can either wait until the item is repaired or gone from your wardrobe.

I understand you wanted to check if the same issue happens on the other account (your couple's in this case) but keep in mind that account sharing isn't allowed and may lead to no support at all from Alaplaya / ProSiebenSat.1 staff because of broken rules of their Code of Conduct. Do not do that again for your own safety.
