A friend told me he received an email about the summer birthday set after he send the screenshot.
I did the same but I didn't receive the email and i'm sure that i did it right.
It Said ; Succesfull sent

So what's wrong? D:

Have you tried checking it through ProSiebenSat1Games Support Center?
It should be there.

It's not standing there , how is it possible?
Is it usefull to contact the support?

If you're sure you have sent an email/created a ticket about the set and it hasn't appeared there - I think you may sent it and explain everything there.
I am not quite sure what to do in this kind of case though.
