Could not connect to patch server 2 ???

Why is it like this when I started to launch the game it always say Could not connect to patch server 2 ??? Can anyone help me about this problem ???? I really wanted to paly this game but this problem bores me to play this !!!

Hello

A Firewall blocked the client. Please check up, if following datas are approved.
FT_Client.exe , FT_Launscher.exe , FT_Updater.exe

Should the problem still excist, please approve following Router setting at "TCP Ports".

Gameports:
15011, 15022, 15033, 15044, 15055
15012, 15023, 15034, 15045, 15056
15013, 15024, 15035, 15046, 15057

8976
Loginserver FantasyTennis:

1. Making sure that Internet explorer (8 or above) is in the installed programs NOT features.
2.(A) If in features it should be disabled and download either IE8 or IE9 from Microsoft.
2.(B) To disable, go to control panel, programs and features, Turn windows features on or off (it is on the left panel), there will be internet explorer, disable it and click ok.
3. After downloading, install and it will require you to restart your computer, restart it.
4. Go to internet options, programs tab, make internet explorer the default if not.
5. Launch FantasyTennis using launcher as an administrator
I assure that the problem will be solved if the user is using windows 7 or maybe windows xp

ca n u say it with files i should open and stuff i cant understand it o.o ;(
