"client version is incorrect. please install again" problem

when i click on the launcher icon and the launcher menu pops up it says "client version is incorrect. please install again", an iv re-installed it about 3 times an evan deleted and downloaded it from difrent websites but its still doing the same thing, is this to do with the maintanance, also i live in the uk and i duno if that would have sumthin to do with it,

just delete this file form game root folder (version.ini)
