"Hacking trial detected."

Hey mods and other folk, you probably already guessed my problem!
I keep getting told that a "hacking trial has been detected", and I'm booted from the entire game. Not the match, but the game itself. Is there any way of fixing this?

Hey,

Usually it happens when other program is interfering with game processes or your connection is unstable. In first case you could turn any unneeded programs and add s4 processes to antivirus/firewall exception list. To fix your connection I would suggest restarting modem.

What programs could interfere with game processes? My connection is also very stable. I use Norton for anti-virus, so how would I go about adding s4 processes to my firewall exception list?
