What game are you talking about?

Sending a report won't help you, unfortunately.
I recommend looking for support at the S4-Support-Forums.

Ok, I finished uploading my client.
You can try downloading it and see if it will works:

Put all of the parts in 1 folder together and then extract part 1 with winrar. The other parts will get extracted automatically.

Please try removing compability mode from all the exe files. In order to do that right click on each exe --> Properties --> Compability

Restart computer after it asks you each time.

In case that didn't work, attempt to delete S4_Userdata and the Microsoft manifest files and retry.

You can always re-install s4 league to your computer. Posting on the s4 support forums also might benefit you more, because that is where the game's forums are.
