I don't receive mail activation

I just downloaded the installer, but after i register i didnt received any activation letter in my email.. Im from Philippines. could i play it?

Hello ManHater,

Philippines is IP-banned so most players from that country will not be able to play the game.

Your activation mail should show up despite that fact anyway so if you want to make sure whether you can play or not I would suggest checking the spam folder in your email box.

A friend told me he played LOCO before here in philippines. so i still wanna try. But i still dont receive any email confiirmation.

Hi,

Some players have different IP than the country they live in - this is why some players still can play the game so It indeed is worth a try especially that you have already downloaded the game.

As for the email, can you please try another one?
If not, try to create another account and make sure that you check all 3 boxes (accepting mails from Alaplaya).

And if it still doesn't work, I would suggest contacting the support directly through a ticket suite.
