Login problem

Problem:I cant login in the game it says wrong ID or password and when i log with same account on forum nothing happen and the account log in without any problem can anyone help me pls i just started the game.

Hello medo3002,

Egypt has recently been IP-banned therefore you will not be able to play the game.
You may still find a server that supports your country.

can i know why Egypt Ip is banned ? and is there any other way to make it work , I just downloaded it yasterday ... thx .

Hi,

If Im not mistaken, the game cannot be hosted in a country without a signed contract.
There is no contract like that with Egypt therefore hosting the game there would be illegal so all the country is IP-banned.

Some users avoid the IP ban, although it causes a huge lag in most cases so I would recommend looking for a server that supports Egypt.
