have no idea mabey bad internet connection? or even a worser pc?
try to disable your firewall/antivirus for a moment and see if it works otherwise:
you can fill in also a support ticket with providing your specs from your internet/pc. firewall/antivirus.
Please check if the Akamai NetSession Client is active. Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and open the task-manager. Under the "processes"-Tab you should see a process named "netsession_win.exe *32" <-- thats the Akamai download client. If it's not active downloading a game from our website may not trigger correctly. Restart your PC once and see if the exe is active.
If there is no netsession_win.exe *32, please check if your antivirus or firewall blocked this exe-file and release it. Otherwise delete the maestia_part-file at your download-folder and try to download the client again.
Happend to me some time ago, and deleting the part-file and restarting PC helped. Hope this helps you too =)
