Unlocking a PIN-Locked Char without password

Since my problem still isn't solved and I don't seem to get any reply to my ticket anymore. And there also seemed to be a need to close my old topic without solving the problem; I decided to open a new topic with the same problem...

Please respond to my ticket or to this topic:
I thought this problem would be fixed after I sent in the information requested in my old topic.
But I did that and got a ticketreply saying the problem could not be fixed atm...?

Did I misunderstand?
Is it even possible to fix my problem?
And if so, any idea how long I'm gonna have to wait on it?
I just like to play my old character again and up till now I seem to be getting mixed messages about whether that will even be possible in the (near) future...

I'd just like some clarity please!

I did a reply on your topic with this, we don't have the requirements to unlock the PIN lock for the moment because the new system of maestia need other requirements than the old system did. For the moment it is not possible to unlock that character. I just asked you that information because we will need it later when we have the requirements to unlock your character.

This option was available in the control tool of the old version of maestia, but with the new version it isn't just ready yet. If we use it now then it may cause damage to that character and we don't want that do we now? Thank you for your patience.
